What happens after I order?

1. You will immediately receive an automatic confirmation e-mail stating all order details.
2. We will personally contact you about your order within one to two working days.
3. We start the research. The research can take between two and four months.
4. You will receive an update every two to three weeks, so you know how your family tree report is progressing.
5. You will receive the digital report (PDF) and invoice via e-mail. You will also receive printed copies if it is part of the package you chose or if you ordered extra printed copies.
6. When you are satisfied with your report, you can pay with PayPal, credit card or direct bank transfer.

Who does the research?
Your report is researched by Kirsten Huijsen, a skilled Dutch family historian. She has a master degree in Cultural History and 15 years of genealogical research experience. She aims to portrait your ancestors as people of flesh and blood, and to present their story to you as a colorful and enjoyable book.

When do I get my report?
It is hard to give an exact estimate of how long it takes to compose your report. Besides many hours of research and writing, we also deal with waiting times for archives which can be quite unpredictable. Therefore, we regularly keep you updated on the progress. As a general rule of thumb though, most reports take between two and four months to complete.

How does payment work?
You can pay with PayPal, credit card, or direct bank transfer. You do not need to pay up front, and we have a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the results.
